Warganegara Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pemohon mestilah berumur 25 tahun hingga 45 tahun sahaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pendapatan bulanan seisi rumah tidak melebihi RM 7,500.00 sebulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pemohon dan pasangan tidak memiliki rumah sendiri\/atau memiliki rumah usang\/tidak sempurna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Rumah pertama dan bukan untuk perniagaan (RUMAH SEWA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Tanah\/tapak cadangan mestilah bersesuaian dan bebas daripada gadaian\/bebanan ke atasanya. Jika pemohon bukan tuan punya tanah, pemohon mestilah mendapat kebenaran daripada tuan punya tanah yang dicadangkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Keluasan tanah tidak kurang daripada 3,600 kps (tertakluk kepada rekabentuk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Tertakluk kepada peruntukan kewangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Pemohon hendaklah anak kelahiran PERAK @ bermastautin lebih 10 tahun di PERAK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Mempunyai Penjamin yang bekerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Tiada tunggakn CTOS\/CCRIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SYARAT-SYARAT TAMBAHAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pemohon perlu menyediakan tapak cadangan termasuk jalan masuk untuk pembinaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pemohon perlu membuat penyambungan bekalan utiliti setelah rumah disiapkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Yayasan Perak berhak untuk mendapatkan dokumen tambahan tertakluk kepada keperluan dari semasa ke semasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
